Pet Policy

Pets Welcome Upon Approval. Limit of two pets per home. Maximum full-grown weight limit is 35 pounds. Non-refundable upfront pet fee of $150 is required. Refunadable pet deposit of $150 per pet is required. "Puppy pads" are not allowed. We accept small housebroken pets from those who can walk their pet on a leash and pick up waste.
